I use Photoshop CS3 and I try to keep it less than 15 layers. I usually make sure to add lots of white and black (less colors) and when I save it for the web, I use even less colors.

any gif has to be 500kb or smaller, or you get the box of fail. to put a gif in an ask reply you have to upload it to a text post (via ‘+upload photo’), open the html for it and c/p it from there into the html of the ask reply. same w/photo replies.

Gifs. Thou art heartless bitches.
I do not understand them. I can make them, as long as I’m posting them anywhere but tumblr. And since I only have Paint Shop Pro and the ancient program that is Jasc Animation Shop, they do not come out looking blue ray to say the least. But they are useable.
But tumblr likes to laugh in my face and yell “YOU CAN’T SIT WITH US!” and show me that little ugly fucking gray...
